Drake’s Deception Multiplayer Beta Public Goes Live Today

Naughty Dog has announced that the Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception has entered the public beta stage today meaning that anybody without a PlayStation Plus account can access the multiplayer beta game.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception release date is November 1st, 2011, but until then, Sony and Naughty Dog have decided to test the game in public beta in order to fix as many problems as possible before the official launch of the upcoming installment in the Uncharted franchise.
You can download Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Multiplayer Beta free at the PlayStation Store right now, but it depends on your location as the game will be gradually pushed to various regions across the globe.
The game is published by Sony Computer Entertainment so this means that Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will only be available on the PS3 platform, just like all other Uncharted games released so far.
Sony and Naughty Dog have also updated the game to version 1.00.647 which comes packed with Team Deathmatch, Team Objective, Co-Op Hunter, Free For All, and Hardcore modes, along with two maps called Airstrip and Chateau.
Apparently, the game will remain in the public beta stage for less than a week until July 9th, but maybe Sony will extend the “trial” period for an extra week if things go well – leaving tons of forum posts on the developer’s forums might help, just like your positive feedback so make sure you appreciate the work of the devs and point out the problems with calm.
Let me know if you’ve played Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Multiplayer Beta so far and what do you think about the game.
P.S. You can pre-order Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception at Amazon right here for a price of $59.99, and theCollector’s Edition here for $99.99.
P.P.S. We hate the fact that Sony and Naughty Dog are doing what EA is doing with Battlefield 3. If you buy the game from Amazon, then you will receive special content like the Carpet Bomb Kickback, and Clip Size Mod packs. That doesn’t sound too fair so we should do something about it.

Apple latest update | order reaches 15 millon for iphone 5 | latest updates to iphone 5

Apple Places Order To Pegatron For 15 Million iPhone 5 Units

Ever since iOS 5 was revealed at WWDC 2011 in June, everyone expected that the new iPhone 5 to follow the new operating system version. We’ve seen two beta versions of iOS 5 so far, but no sign of iPhone 5.
There were a lot of rumors around regarding iPhone 5specs and release date, and yesterday we told you thatthe companies supplying parts for Apple are getting ready for iPhone 5 debut in September.
It seems that the rumors were not fiction as today, Digitimes announced Apple have requested Pegatron (their partner) to deliver not less than 15 million iPhone 5units which will be shipped out starting September.
Sources inside Pegatron claim that the new iPhone is like a minor update to iPhone 5, so the new Apple device would probably be an iPhone 4 with some improved specs and no design change. The delivery date for the terminals is in September, when is said that Apple will host a conference where they will present the final version of iOS 5 and the new iPhone smartphone.
The guys at Pegatron are now producing the CDMA version of iPhone 4, but it seems that the next iPhonedevice will be built by Pegatron in both GSM and CDMA versions. Rumor has it that iPhone 4S/5 will come with a dual core A5 processor, just like iPad 2, 3.5-inch display, iOS 5, and a GPU borrowed from iPad 2, 5/8MP camera, which will be able to record full HD videos.
Basically, the new iPhone will be what iPhone 3GS was for iPhone 3G: more power under the hood, but no change of looks.
Anyway it seems like Apple really knows how to keep a secret and make us anxious to see their latest smartphone, so it’s a little bit early to make speculations on how the new iPhone will look or what it will pack under the case. Even so, stay in touch as we will keep you up to date with the latest news about iPhone 5.

Samsung Developing Galaxy S2 Running On Windows Phone 7

The idea of a Samsung phone with the specs of Galaxy S2 and running on Windows Phone 7 seems to be more then a concept. The guys at Bluetooth SIG have details of such a model which seems to be a successor for Samsung Focus, a popular Windows Phone 7 smartphone.
After Samsung bragged about selling 3 million Galaxy S2 smartphones in just 55 days, so there’s no wonder it’s rumored that we could have a Windows Phone 7 of the smartphone. Samsung Galaxy S2 running on Android OS is codenamed SGH-927. A new device with the codename of SGH-937 was registered at Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) with a Bluetooth profile specific to Windows Phone 7 Mango OS. A list of devices running on WP7, published on Occasional Gamer, includes a Samsung SGH-937.
Known under the name of SGH-i917, Samsung Focus is a little bit fatter than Galaxy S2, and now it seems that we will have to expect a SGH-937 Samsung phone, rumored to be the successor of Focus. Bluetoothe SIG has some clues that the new-comer will be running Windows Phone Mango, with a Bluetooth profile corresponding to Microsoft’s OS.
We remind you that Samsung Galaxy S2 is 8.5mm thick and comes with 1GB of RAM, 16/32GB of internal memory and a 1.2GHz dual core processor. We hope that the specs will be kept by the new model running on WP7 Mango, or at least those of Galaxy Z.
Unfortunately, a Samsung Galaxy S2 running on Windows Phone 7 will not be able to use the Exynos chipset of the company. The system requirements for Windows Phone 7 only include Qualcomm processors. But this doesn’t mean that the device will be thicker or less capable. We expect Samsung to keep the superb Super AMOLED Plus display and the thin case. As about the design, it will be a little bit different, an will have some other capacitive buttons.
Now all we have to do is wait for an official announcement

latest update to flying car | flying car update | Terrafugia Transition Flying Car

Terrafugia Transition Flying Car Gets Green Light From The US DoT, Now Seeking FAA Approval

Do you remember the Terrafugia Transition flying-car that we’ve showed you last year? Well, the project hasn’t been scrapped out, and what’s more, it has been granted the use of tires suitable for vehicles the same weight which can handle very high speeds by the US DoT.
Terrafugia has demoed the Transition to the NHTSA which has given the green light to the company yo use “non-special” tires and conventional auto safety glass instead of lightweight poly-carbonate glass.
The problem with the new windows is that they are heavier and they could injure the pilot and the passengers if a bird collides with the Terrafugia Transition. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that it has come to an agreement with Terrafugia over these windows in order to keep the project feasible and not to hinder the progress of the flying car.
It has been proved that the regular automotive windows can break in a way that could blur the vision of the pilot and if it’s heavier than it’s a step in the wrong direction for Terrafugia, so this is a really weird decision from the Department of Transportation.
According to the US DoT, the Terrafugia Transition can carry up to 330 pounds when the tank is full so there won’t be more than a couple of people flying / riding this flying car. The company is being forced to manufacture a lot of test machines in order to see what’s the best design, weight ratio, and resistance therefore the project has been delayed with one more year.
It is a latest technology of flying in air.
The first time the Terrafugia Transition flied, happened in 2009 and it was believed that the car-plane will become available at a store near you by the end of 2010 for a price around $194,000. Due to the changes imposed by the US DoT and the FAA, Terrafugia has now scheduled the Transition for the summer of 2012 and for a price around $250,000.
It’s worth noting that the latest changes made to the Terrafugia Transition allow the owners to get to the airport, however, the flying car still needs to get the approval of the US FAA in order to fly. We’ll let you know as soon as this happens and where you can buy one. Meanwhile, hit the subscribe button located in the sidebar.......

Sony PlayStation latest review | latest update to sony playstation

Rumors regarding a next-generation PlayStation have been circulating on the internets for a long time, but in the past few months they have intensified as Sony is trying to refresh its all product lineup. If the PS3 Slim and the PlayStation Move motion-controller weren’t real success and the Xbox 360 Slim along with the Kinect console did better, then Sony needs to do something. BTW, getting hacked is a not a valid option.
The latest rumor comes from Taiwan publication called Digitimes who’s been accurate lots of times (and wrong a few times) saying that the PlayStation 4 will be a motion-sensing device based on the PlayStation Move.
The website states that Sony is in advanced talks with Taiwanese suppliers who will begin to manufacture the PS4 by the end of 2011 so that the gaming console will be ready for launch by mid-2012. The Japan-based company is expecting to sell more than 20 million consoles in the first 12 months after launch, a very hard task to achieve considering the fact that the Xbox 360 and Kinect sales are increasing.

The rumors are somehow in contradiction with the statements of Sony officials who’ve said numerous times that the PS3 is expected to have a 10-year life cycle which means that a new PlayStation should be released in late 2016. Since its release, the PS3 has been sold in more than 50 million units, a few millions lower than the Xbox 360.
Nintendo will also launch its next-gen “desktop” console, the Wii U, next year, while Microsoft should also reveal a new Xbox in the not too distant future and that it will be released sometime in 2013.
The rumormill in Taiwan argues that while the PlayStation 4 will be based on the PS Move, the console will actually resemble the “behavior” of the Microsoft Kinect. Anyway, when the next PlayStation console will be launched, it better support PS3 backwards compatibility so that we can play our current games on the new device. I’m sure everyone agrees with me and that Sony needs to comply to this demand. Well, that might not happen, but we can still hope, right?

SAMSUNG LATEST PRODUCT | SAMSUNG LATEST UPDATES| Samsung Drops One of The Lawsuits Against Apple

However, it will continue to fight against Apple for other infringement suits.

In what would seem like a strange chain of events, Samsung has now dropped the lawsuit it had filed against Apple in California. This lawsuit was originally filed in response to latter's lawsuit claiming that the Galaxy range of smartphones and tablets are heavily inspired by its iPad and iPhoneBloomberg reports that the incident took place on June 30. The source quoted Nam Ki Yung as saying that this move is to "streamline the legal proceedings". Yung is a spokesman for a company based in Suwon, South Korea.

However, this doesn't mean that Samsung is going on the back foot; the company will still fight the legal battle against Apple for patent rights, including a case it had filed in the same court in San Jose, California. Interestingly, Apple is Samsung's biggest customer, bringing in billions of dollars for the company. Reports claim that the Cupertino-based company is considering Taiwanese manufacturer TSMC to replace Samsung as its primary components manufacturer \ supplier. Its A6 chipset is coming out next year and Samsung apparently will not be making them. It must be noted that the Korean conglomerate would not be worried about how things pan out for them, because they are a larger corporation than Apple. Nevertheless, the transition will not leave it completely unscathed, though not to the extent of having sleepless nights.

samsung has a great reputation in the market.Apple had initiated the lawsuit stating design infringements by Samsung, which was later followed by both companies asking the court to grant them access to each other's prototype devices. However, the court favoured the former by granting them permission to see the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Tab 10.1, while denying the latter, permission to have a look at the iPhone 5 and the iPad 3. The reason for Samsung to withdraw the lawsuit still remains a mystery, and we will have to wait until Samsung makes an official statement.

HP LATEST PRODUCT | HP ROADMAP | HP TOUCHPAD | TouchPad 4G And 64GB |

HP Roadmap Leaked: TouchPad 4G And 64GB, Pre 3, Opal, And More Devices Coming Soon

It seems that HP TouchPad, the first tablet running on webOS will have the same faith as BlackBerry Playbook, as it received some negative reviews from the media.
Anyway this doesn’t mean that the $500 tablet (16GB) is lame or doesn’t have what it takes to make it attractive in the business segment, but how about the other users? What makes it different from iPad? Here we go!
First you will have to know that HP TouchPad features a 9.7-inch display, with a resolution of 1024 x768 pixels, and many compared the tablet with Apple iPad, considering the similar design and dimensions. HP TouchPad uses a dual core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor and comes with the webOS features, among them the famous Synergi section for social networking, already a classic for a Palm Pre or Pixi owner.
The main advantage of this mode (and of webOS) is its unique multitasking, with those “Cards,” that makes the applications switching very easy. Another plus of HP’s table is the inductive wireless charging function, using a special dock.
Anyway a lot of tech journalists have complained about the Snapdragon CPU of HP TouchPad, as it’s too slow for a dual-core processor. But things are going to change soon, as HP prepares a new version of their TouchPad, which will be officially launched in August.
HP is rumored to developing a white version of their TouchPad. And the color is not the only change of the HP TouchPad scheduled to debut in August. Sources say that it will come with improved storage capacity, now of 64GB, and that will running on a more powerful CPU, dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon.
The American company also prepared 4G integration for the TouchPad that will be launched in August, but rumor has it that the 4G model will only be available with a black case and the same features like the 32GB HP Touch Pad.
HP also prepares some new products for the fall, so it seems that HP TouchPad will have a little brother then, coming with a 7-inch display and which is be codenamed Opal. HP Pre 3 is also rumored to be coming in fall, but it’s best to wait a little bit longer and see if HP makes it official.

updates to samsung galaxy s II | latest records for samsung latest mobile | samsung galaxy s 2

Samsung Galaxy S II has all the chances to be crowned “smartphone of the year 2011,” and we told you this as soon we got our hands on the device. Well, now it seems we are dealing with a hit and I’m not saying this, but the sales reports of the model.
Samsung Galaxy S II is at the moment the top selling smartphone running on Android operating system. The Samsung’s device was sold in 3 million copies in just 55 days from the official launch, a record for an Android device.
Anyway the Samsung Galaxy S II sales are nowhere near the ones registered by iPhone 4, 1.7 million Apple enthusiasts pre-ordered the device only 3 days after the pre-orders were officially opened, but Samsung Galaxy S II overtook iPhone 4 in certain Asian countries and in Great Britan. It’s now doubt that Samsung Galaxy S II is the Android smartphone of the moment and everyone expects the sales to further increase in the near future.
Samsung sold the most Galaxy S II devices in Europe, where the device was hugged by a lot of smartphone lovers. Samsung Galaxy S II is by far the best rival of iPhone so far, so if you are considering buying an Android smartphone, then SGS2 seems to be the best option, even though lots have criticized its battery life.
Today we learned that Samsung sold not less than 3 million Galaxy S II units in less than 55 days since the official launch. Samsung smashed their own record, managing to ship out 50,000 daily, with a considerable help from the European market. The sales reports will sure make Google celebrate, as Galaxy S II, just like it’s forerunner, will sure make Android even more famous and help the platform spread even more.
The next step (and the next record do break) is reaching 10 million Samsung Galaxy S II sold units, in order to overtake the first Galaxy S. Samsung Galaxy S was sold in over 10 million units last year, and if the dual core smartphone’s evolution on the market continues with the same pace, the SGS’ record will sure be gunned down.

Apple Website Hacked By AntiSec Followers

Happy 4th of July everyone! Let’s begin this day with a sad story as the AntiSec movement is growing stronger and it seems like Apple’s servers were hacked using the same technique: minor SQL injection. This was used by LulzSec during the whole 50-day period when the group tormented numerous companies including Bethesda and Sony.
The AntiSec movement has had some results since it was announced, but this might be the most important as Anonymous has leaked 27 administration accounts from the company’s servers. The details of the admins consist of account names, passwords, and the server links where you can login.
Although Anonymous and LulzSec have hacked into numerous websites using this security breach, the companies are stubborn enough not to update their servers.
While some people might agree with the AntiSec movement which focuses on freedom, we don’t truly understand why Apple has become a target for Anon and former LulzSec members. Apple didn’t acknowledge the hacks so far, but the Cupertino-based company has never admitted that it has a problem and this mantra has drawn success upon them.
The website hacked by AntiSec is a survey-focused web page and at the moment it’s down so Apple probably knows what’s going on and it’s working to restore it in order to find out what you’re thinking and if you were satisfied with its products.
At the moment Anonymous’ AntiSec movement will turn its attention back to the US Government. Well, fellaz’ you better watch your back because the authorities are coming after you.
The accounts and Apple hacking details have been posted on Pastebin and you can access them at the link below. We’re gonna state once again that we do not condone hacker attacks in any way, although the freedom of the internet must be guaranteed by the net neutrality rules and we’re sure that Anon won’t stop until they get what they want or until somebody “stops” them.

microsoft updates to game | gaming updates of microsoft

Microsoft Integrates Games For Windows Into Xbox.com

Microsoft is making another step forward killing the PC gaming: the Redmond giant announced that all the services offered byGames for Windows will migrate, then will be integrated, starting July 11, 2011, by the Xbox.com website. Thus, according to Microsoft officials, all the games offer of the company will be unified under “one roof,” in an attempt to ease the access to the Microsoft games released for both their platforms – Xbox 360 and Windows.
The rumor has it that Microsoft can’t stand up and fight anymore with the competition coming from Steam (Valve) and Origin (Electronic Arts), two services Games for Windows simply can’t cope with. So, by associating Games for Windows with a more successful service – Xbox Live – Microsoft tries to save the image of their Windows service.
The problems appeared when Microsoft decided to include the Galems for Windows – LIVE routines in their PC games, as a response to Xbox Live integration underpinning the Xbox 360 titles. So, in the first phase, theGears of War and Halo 2 PC owners had to pay a monthly fee in order to be able to play the games online, an idea Microsoft eventually abandoned. Then, in Shadowrun, using the Games for Windows – LIVE, the PC users were able to fight against Xbox 360 gamers in direct battles. This move was reconsidered, too, as the mouse’s precision was giving PC users an obvious advantage over the ones using a controller.
Least but not last, the instability of the initial version of Games for Windows – LIVE brought a bad reputation for the service (just look at the Gears of War, Juiced 2 or Grand Theft Auto IV integration), which haven’t eve helped Games for Windows Marketplace, the digital distribution services, wanted to be a rival for Steam. Last fall, Games for Windoes – LIVE received an update which was limiting your access to some areas of the game if it wasn’t activated.
Anyway, we will see how the PC users will receive the news, because we thing that Microsoft will not return over the decision.

Samsung Series 9 Ultra-portable Laptops Receive New Chipsets And Prices

We all heard about Apple and their famous line of PCs, called Macs. As you probably know Apple’s main rival on the smartphones market is Samsung, the company that is constantly trying (without success so far) to gun down Apple as the world’s biggest devices manufacturer.
And guess what? Samsung even have a rival for Apples MacBook Air line of laptopts.
If you are impressed by MacBook Air, but you are the Windows kind of guy, then you should wait unitl Asus UX21 hits the market. Another option is the Series line-up coming form Samsung, laptops that are already available on the market. Unfortunately Samsung 9 Series notebooks are not available on all markets. Anyway, Samsung announced that the ultra-portable and ultra-slim notebooks will now receive new Intel Sandy Bridge processors, and their price will be more competitive.
We are talking about the 11.6-inch model shipped out with the Intel Core i3-2357M processor, 4GB DDR3 and SSD of 128GB. It will debut on the market in August at a price of $1,250. At the moment, Apple is selling it 11.6-inch MacBook Air at a price of $1,400. Some sources familiar with Apple’s marketing strategies claim that the new MacBook Air running on Sandy Bridge and Thunderbolt might be launched even sooner than the new models of Samsung Series 9.
As about the Samsung Series 9 model featuring 13-inch display, it will receive a new Core i7-2627M chipset, 6GB of DDR3 and a 256GB SSD. The price tag of this very attractive configuration will be of $2,050. The ones wanting a Core i5-2467M and only 4GB DDR3 could pay only $1.650 for the device.
Apple’s offer for MacBook Air with 13-inch display includes a 1.86GB Core 2 Duo chipset, 2GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, with a price tag of $1.600 hanged on it.
Summing up, we are pleased to see that the performances of the ultra-portable notebooks are going up while the prices are going down. Hurray!

GOOGLE+ SCAM | HACKERS SENDING FAKE INVITATIOS | GOOGLE+ LATEST UPDATE | GOOGLE PLUS UPDATE | LATEST SCAM OF GOOGLE | LATEST GOOGLE PLUS SCAM

Google has just launched its own social-networking service called Google+, and unlike its previous two attempts, this time people actually loved and started using the service. Unlike Buzz and Wave, Google+ is funnier to use, the bigger problem being that it resembles Facebook a little bit too much. Anyway, since it created a lot of buzz, malicious cyber-terrorists have started spamming internet users with fake Google+ invites.
Google’s service is currently in the beta stage, meaning that you need an invitation to get it. The even bigger problem is the fact that the invites are being “stopped” from time to time because Google cannot cope up with the traffic and it doesn’t want to have any other issues on its servers. This led to the desperation of some internauts who simply want to get a taste of the so-called Facebook killer.
It’s a huge opportunity for the hackers who begun faking Google+ invites when it fact they’ll take you to pharmaceutical products. This is why you shouldn’t accept a Google+ invitation from a person you don’t know and you don’t trust so be careful on what you’re clicking.
It’s not the first time Google launches a new product and the hackers take advantage of this situation. When Google Music was revealed, malevolent people came up with fake invites in order to lure unaware internet users to malicious websites.
The bad thing is that the fake Google+ invites look a lot like the genuine invites to the social-networking service so it might get a little confusing for some folks. At the moment the search giant is not accepting any more requests for the Google+ project so don’t click on any fake invites. Also you should pay attention to the invites you receive via email from your friends cause they might be fake, too.

DEBUT OF IPHONE 5 | UPDATE TO IPAD 3 | LATEST UPDATE TO LAUNCH OF IPAD 3 | UPDATE TO LAUNCH OF IPHONE 5 | IPAD 3 AND IPHONE 5 IN SEPTEMBER | LATEST TECHNOLOGY IN MARKET IN SEPTEMBER

It’s coming in June. Nope, in July. Sorry for that, iPhone 5 will come at the end of the summer. That’s how the rumor mill regarding iPhone 5 and iPad 3 is spinning its blades.
Well, we all expected to see iPhone 5 at WWDC 2011, but Apple considered that it’s best to let us wait a little bit more. Back in June, Jobs launched a new operating system for Apple devices, dubbed iOS 5, a new version of Mac OS X, called Lion, and a new storage service for Apple products, called iCloud, which basically brings nothing new in the world of smartphones.
The Taiwanese parts suppliers have started to prepare components which assembled will become the new iPhone 5 and iPad 3. There were lots of rumors about iPhone 5 release date, but most of them were based on suppositions. As about iPad 3, it seems a little unlikely for me to see it in September, as we witnessed the official launch of iPad 2 in US in March.
It’s like a pattern for Apple to refresh their line-up not sooner than once a year.
The source claims that iPad 3 will be thinner, and will probably drop below the 8.5mm value set by Samsung Galaxy Tab 10 and 8.9 and it seems that it will come with a 250dpi display.
iPhone 5 production will start in August 2011 in low volume and it seems it will have big increase towards the arrive of the fall. So it’s expected that the iPhone sales to reach a total of 24 – 25 million units in the Q3 of the year, and it’s supposed that 6-7 million of the units to be iPhone 5. In 2011 Apple wishes to ship out not less than 85 million iPhones, and about 40 million iPads.
The above figures show that Apple have overpasses by miles companies like Google, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Asus, you name it. So from now on believe anyone saying “Apple rules” as it seems it’s 100% true. It looks like there’s no rival for Apple at the moment on the smartphone market, as well on the tablets one, as the American company passes by the company with the speed of light when it comes to number of applications and downloads.

Sony to restore PlayStation | latest update to playstation | sony playstation update

The company said it would fully restore all PlayStation network and Qriocity services in Japan on July 6

TOKYO, JAPAN: Sony Corp said on Monday it will fully restore all PlayStation networkand Qriocity services in Japan on July 6, marking the resumption of all network services worldwide that were shut down in April after hackers compromised millions of customers' data.

          iPad faces new foes

The tablet era has arrived at big-box retailers, which are now setting aside large swaths of floor space previously devoted to traditional PCs.
Best Buy is probably the highest-profile example of this trend. At U.S. stores, it has overhauled--or is in the process of overhauling--display areas. Tablets like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Motorola Xoom, and Hewlett-Packard TouchPad now get prominent placement at stores, rendering the iPad just one among equals.
This is all part of Best Buy's "Tablet Central" strategy. Here's how Bill Seymour, vice president of investor relations at Best Buy, explained it during the company's earnings conference call last month. "We're making a big push in tablets this year...We started rolling out Tablet Central in May. In the beginning of July, we expect it will be in all of our 'big-box' stores," he said.
In fact, this strategy is already obvious at many locations. In the Los Angles area, for instance, when a customer walks into the PC section of some stores, they are greeted by an array of individual displays featuring the Xoom, Galaxy Tab (which both run Google's Android operating system) and the TouchPad (running the WebOS). Walk further into the store and large tables hold a variety of tablets and e-readers from other vendors such as Acer, HTC, RIM, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble. And more tablets are on the way, including Toshiba's Thrive.
