HTC LATEST PRODUCT | HTC PUCCINI

When HTC announced the 7-inch Flyer tablet in the beginning of the year, but some of their fans wanted more, thus the Taiwanese company decided to fit a bigger screen to one of their tablets. And that’s the story behind HTC Piccini tablet, featuring a 10-inch display, a tablet you can see in the gallery below.
It’s true, we all expected HTC engineers to come with a response and develop a tablet with a 10-inch display and running on Android 3.0.
What we don’t know for sure is if HTC Puccini will have the same name on all markets. The successor of HTC Flyer is not to different from the models it will compete with.
In the first pictures, the HTC Puccini tablet comes with the AT&T logo on, and we’ve seen before devices changing their name depending on the carrier.
The HTC tablet was first spotted in FCC’s database, the American agency that first tested then approved this model. Now we got the first pics of the 10-inch tablet, coming from Boy Genius Report. Puccini is just a codename at the moment, so the product might be launched under another name.
HTC Puccini features an 8MP camera with dual LED flash, stereo speakers, mic, and a 1.5GHz processor, most likely a single core one. It seems that the HTC newbie will suport stylus input, just like HTC Flyer and we expect an HTC Sense user interface customized for a Honeycomb experience.
The carrying pouch you can see in the pics also comes with a stylus. From my experience I can tell that using it will make the display less dirty.
As about HTC Puccini connectivity, the tablet may receive 4G LTE support. Anyway there’s no other information about this tablet. We don’t know when the release date is or price for the device, but we expect HTC Puccini to have a price tag comparable to the ones of its rivals.
