SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 10.1 | SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB | LATEST SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB | LATEST SAMSUNG UPDATE | SAMSUNG LATEST PRODUCT

It was first reported that Apple and Samsung reached an agreement, so the Asian company accepted not to sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.
Although we thought this will never happen it was rumored that Samsung will not sell their Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia because of a law suit in which they were accused by Apple for violating their patents.
The Apple vs Samsung law suits soap opera started in April, and yesterday some information surfaced saying that Samsung agreed to stop advertise and sell the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in Australia, until the court decides in the law suit Apple filed against them in Australia, and Apple decided to pay compensations if they loose the suit.
Apple will receive three Galaxy Tab 10.1 units in order to inspect them and see the differences between the version launched in US and the one developed for Australia.
The lawyer that represented Apple in the suit in the Australian court claimed that they will try to force stop Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales in other countries, too, but the Korean company will have to agree with their decision.
It was first believed that Apple started to win some ground over Samsung, but the Korean company said today that they will continue to sell their Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in Australia.
Anyway just when we forgot about the Apple vs Samsung lawsuits, a new scandal holds the first pages of the weblogs. It will be interesting to see how the two companies will reach an agreement, considering that Samsung will never give up substantial revenues and agree not to sell their products on certain markets.
On the other hand it will be interesting to see what will be the US courts’ decision regarding Apple’s lawsuits against Samsung, and if the Cupertino-based company wins, then Korean company will have serious troubles with their Galaxy line-up.
