Benchmark databases seem to be a good resource for upcoming devices as unreleased phones pop-up in the results. It just so happens that a certain Sony Ericsson made SK19i has surfaced in the results of the Antutu Android benchmark.
The phone is running Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread and has a 1GHz processor. This is all we know about the device and that it will be a possible future QWERTY slider judging by the codename. Given that the Xperia Ray has the model number ST18i, we could very well be looking at a hardware keyboard enabled Ray variant (or a totally different device whatsoever).
