Nokia Windows Phone Devices Not Hitting USA Until March 2012

While there is plenty of Windows Phone hardware on the horizon, coming with the pending release of Mango, none may be more anticipated thanNokia's first Windows Phone smartphones. After all, its gear will mark the culmination of the company's recent efforts to find new relevance with a new mobile platform, and will likely have serious repercussions on the company future with mobilephones. Understandably, we'd love to check out what it's come up with as soon as possible. A new rumor, though, says that smartphone fans in the United States may have a bit of a wait on their hands, with Nokia not bringing its Windows Phonehardware to the States until after Mobile World Congress 2012.

Supposedly, European users might have a crack at Nokia's first WP7 phone this fall, following Nokia World in late October. If we're to believe this rumor, though, it would be another four months before the US followed suit. We're not really sure how much faith to put in this news, lacking any information on its source or details we can confirm; maybe we just don't want it to be true.
