Apple Giving Final Cut Pro X Refunds To Unsatisfied Users

Exactly one week ago Apple has released the latest Final Cut Pro version, one of the most awaited Apple software for a very long time. Sadly for Cupertino, the Final Cut Pro X software didn’t meet its expectations and lots of users have asked for a refund from Apple due to several reasons.
Apple has received numerous emails saying that Final Cut Pro X doesn’t work as expected and some users have received a refund although the Mac App Store and iTunes Store rules say that “all sales are final.”
Final Cut Pro X is a video-edit program which comes packed with lots of new features over the past version, but Apple has forgot to add backwards compatibility, hard to understand user interface, and inferior audio markers therefore many reviews of the application have been negative.
Although all sales are final, Apple has repeatedly refunded unsatisfied customers in order to keep a good relationship with the users. This is exactly the case with Final Cut Pro X, but if you don’t want the software on your computer any longer, then you can ask for a refund directly at the store or on Apple forums.
Unsatisfied consumers shouldn’t lose their patience as Apple is receiving lots of issues regarding the software therefore it might take a few days before you get a response. Also it will take up to 7 business days for the money to get back into your bank account so just wait for Apple to do the right thing.
Still, it’s not 100% sure that customers will get a refund as Apple will not give money back to all buyers who didn’t appreciate Final Cut Pro X. Steve Jobs cares for both happy and unhappy consumers, but it’s not like he will accept a high return rate.
I believe that Final Cut Pro X is a very good and one of the best video editing software on the market, but a few subtleties make the difference between a good and a great program. Unfortunately for Apple this software will probable be remembered as a black stain in the company’s history.
We want to hear from you so let us know if you purchased Final Cut Pro X and if you were satisfied with the program. If not, then did you ask and receive a refund? The comments section is a few scrolls below.
