HTC Eternity Windows Phone 7 Mango Device Photo And Specs Leaked

It has been rumored that the next-generation Windows Phone 7 devices will be unveiled by June 30th, but the big news regarding Microsoft’s platform was the release of the WP7 Mango Update tools for the developers which means that the mobile OS is coming very soon to your smartphone.
Until Windows Phone 7 Mango update final versionbecomes available, here’s a nice little photo of the HTC Eternity alongside the smartphone’s spec sheet. This might be the WP7 phone of your dreams even if it doesn’t come packed with a dual-core processor, but there’s a 4.7-inch gorgeous screen attached to this handset which makes us think that HTC and others will still sell touch-based devices even though Apple has been granted a patent for touchscreen devices.
The HTC Eternity features a 1.5GHz Snapdragon CPU, 8-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, autofocus, and 720p HD video recording, a camera in the front for video chatting purposes, built-in 16GB flash memory, DLNAstreaming, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a pretty large battery standing at 1,650mAh.
Let’s dissect the HTC Eternity specs for a little as the processor is probably the same found in the HTC Flyer aka EVO View 4G tablet, while the 8MP camera is the same found in numerous Taiwan smartphones including the EVO 4G and the Thunderbolt 4G among others.
There have been several reports concerning video-chat support in Windows Phone 7 Mango and these specs practically confirm that a secondary camera will become a must have hardware on WP7.
Among other specs we should mention 3G / HSPA+ 14.4Mbps support, FM radio, 3.5mm jack, 512MB RAM, dual-microphone (probably with noise cancelling technology), and an accelerometer.
The HTC Eternity is a smartphone to watch as it will make a killer combination with Windows Phone 7 Mango.
