A while ago we presented the case of a Chinese boy that sold a kidney in order to buy an iPad 2 tablet. Today we are talking about a young girl from the same Asian country who is willing to sell her virginity in exchange of an iPhone 4 smartphone. The teenager posted some pictures and details of her on a Chinese social network and mentioned that she is willing to sell her virginity for the iPhone 4 her father doesn’t want to buy.
It seems that in China some parents are having real problems with their children who make this kind of moves to buy their various gadgets, not just Apple devices. Anyway no gadget in the world deserves suchsacrifices and I am sure that each and every one of you share my point of view.
The passion for Apple products is rapidly raising and sometimes overtaking the religious fanaticism, so after the 17 years old Chinese guy sold a kidney for and iPad 2, now a Chinese teenage girl is selling something valuable, too: her virginity. And this to be able to buy an iPhone 4.
The information comes from Korea Herald publication, that claims that the girl’s father can’t afford to buy her an iPhone 4. Wishing for an iPhone so much, the girl posted on Weibu (the Chinese version of Twitter) a “deal” for her virginity. She is selling it for an Apple iPhone 4. The teenager was born in the 90′s and included photos of her in the “deal.”
Of course, this could be a prank or a bad joke from a hacker that broke into the girl’s Weibu account. Until now the feedback was mostly negative on the socialization website, but one thing is certain: the passion for the Apple device is brought to extreme levels by some. Eventually this is just a smartphone.
